After 2 weeks asking for refund he sends me $100. And he knows I know his real name and that this is a fraud, he still lies. Hes admitted he wasn't Aurthur to me, then next day said he was! Told me he was In military and shot 10 times!!! Hes not ever been in the military. If don my research and found his address and place of employment. Ive contacted his employer along with my attorney and a FBI agent to inform them of his second job. Hes no longer employed there. Also, I pressed charges that rang from fraud identity theft, intent to use another credit. I think a class action is ext! I want this *** to pay. He knows nothing about Bitcoin, either.

This company represents it self as allegient and cardinal fund llp. A representative of the company name Arthur Andersonwhich Im sure is fakemakes claims that he can get u loans against him crypto currency.

These are lies. He says he works for a kjel bischoff which is a real person but he stole his identity. He even had this mans drivers license. The real owner of cardinal fund llp is owned by kjel and lani bischoff but they have no knowledge that this clown has stolen there identity.

They will try to have u send money as a deposit. Its all a scam. I have hundreds of texts from this clown to many to post. If u like to see them text me at (937) 418****.

This guy is nothing but a scam

Never got a loan, never got a refund. Just 100s of lies.

Guy lies so much he forgot one day he told me his wife died of covid and magically 3 days later she was alive. What a moron.

Arthur Anderson and Carlos diez got us to. We are a small family business that is just trying to get by but do to what these 2 men have done to us we will probably have to shut our doors. They took every penny we had including our rent payment and only to be scammed. We were struggling before that was the reason we were looking for a loan to be left with this has absolutely killed us. If we dont get funding soon we will close by the end of the month. Thanks a lot for helping us Cardinal Funding llp

I think this is probably the only legitimate company that lends, we paid over $55,000 in commitment fees and had delays in closing three times but nonetheless we did receive the loan from cardinal fund 5 months later for 10 million. I think the only problem this company has is that it delayed on closings. As far as non refundable fees we'll I personally know someone who outright lied on the application and didnt get refunded so i don't know what to say but we received our loan.

You can’t copy and past resolutions you the company “cardinal fund llp” that you wrote just two months ago to a new problem. This Arthur Anderson, Carlos Diaz, kjel biscoff, and gonlalaz are scam artists!

They are on the homeland security’s wanted list!! They steel money from people who really need help. They stole from my family!!! They took from my daughter who he knew was in hospital for cancer money!!!!

Carlos “Aurthur” is the *** of the earth! I have asked for a refund! They took $2,700 from me and have refunded me $110! By sending $25 once a week!

Just to be mean!

I'm somewhat happy with the commitment yet somehow confused. We received a loan commitment from cardinal fund llp in which we paid $75,000 upfront for a commercial real estate deal. Well 3 months later the loan did materialize, however the final terms of the 50 million dollar line of credit that we are drawing from is a revolving loan with an a.p.r. reflecting 12 percent, not the initially 5 percent offered.

This guy Carlos aka Arthur is a *** Hi is so stupid, he knows nothing about digital currency!!!! I have his address and some other useful info if anyone needs it!

The is a felony warrant out for him as well. Can’t wait to sue this guy.

I found this company through invstor.com who referred me to Carlos Gilberto Diez Sanz to deal with. Carlos set me up with James Warren who would tell me that they could provide me with equity funding for my multifamily offering. I was first asked for money for a background check, then an appraisal, and then an environmental survey even though they would be limited equity partners and not debt partners on our deal. I complied with all of this and other transactional fees, but when it came to closing and getting the money transferred to be an equity partner, it never happened. They told me that their partner, Alfonso, would lend us the money if I paid them an additional $500! At this point we had already spent $10,000+ and it was already passed closing! I sent wire transfers multiple times to Cardinal Fund LLP, Venmo to Kjel Bischoff to get the appraisal done. We ended up not being able to close on our property and owing entirely too much money to the seller. James Warren and Carlos Gilberto Diez Sanz with Datamed technologies only want to scam you from your money. Do not work with this company or give them any money!!

We paid $75,000 in commitment fees for a $ear50 million dollar commercial real estate loan, 3 months later it did materialize. Our only complaint is the final terms of the loan covenants we're much different than represented.

I Spoke to James Warren and was supposed to receive business credit to get a business loan. The process did not go as stated, so I requested my money back. James Warren would constantly tell me that he was working on getting my money back, and he never completed my request. This guy will make more excuses than the government. Later I found out that several individuals have gone through the same situation. This was something I was not aware of prior to dealing with this company. They have guys on these investor websites such as www.invstor.com who will call you and tell you to give Cardinal Fund Partnership LLP a call, so they can go through their hustle. Carlos Gilbert 786.806.0149 is the guy who will contact you if you are on those investor sites, looking for funding. He may use a different FIRST name some times. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!
